“The way Lizzy structures the program it is approachable for a postpartum mom and gives you the flexibility to engage at the intensity that feels right to you.”

“I found Lizzy when looking for help losing weight postpartum. I had gained 49lbs during my pregnancy, and had started my pregnancy about 15lbs above my happy place, so I knew post birth I would have a journey ahead of me. After the immediate postbirth weight loss I had about 35lbs to lose to reach the weight I felt happiest at. After 15 years of yo-yo dieting I’d worked my way through quite a few diets and tools over the years(Noom, Master Cleanse, juice cleanses, autoimmune and anti-inflammatory protocols, the I Quit Sugar program, and a 4 program a “functional gut health” coach, to name a few), and I knew I had to approach this process differently. I didn’t have it in me to follow another super-specialized protocol.I wanted to lose the weight AND form a different and more positive relationship with food, eating and weight – for myself and for my new daughter. I wanted to model for her what a healthy and loving relationship with food and your body could be.

There were a few things that were very important to me:

  1. I wanted to lose the weight slowly and sustainably – I wanted to begin the process soon after giving birth, and whether it took 6 months or 6 years I wanted to start chipping away at it.
  2. I didn’t want to do anything that would mess with my milk supply or my energy levels.
  3. I wanted to learn how to maintain my weight loss – the part I had always struggled with over the years.

So I began my online search. The large online hubs for dietitians seemed too impersonal and generic (Nourish, Fay, Berry Street). On the other hand I was immediately wary of dietitians that were touting specific labs I would HAVE to do or supplements I would HAVE to take. The clinicians that focused mainly on intuitive eating seemed nice in theory, but I knew I wanted a little bit more structure and nutrition science to help drive results. Luckily, I found Lizzy’s website and her approach checked so many boxes – an expertise in postpartum weight loss, a strong scientific foundation to drive results, the psychological tools to create lasting changes, and the emotional support to navigate the journey. I read through every testimonial on the website, had my introductory call with Lizzy, and made the decision to move forward.

Fast forward 12 weeks and I am so glad and profoundly grateful that I did! I was so scared that I was going to fail, but facing my fear and taking the risk paid off. The changes that I have experienced physically, mentally and emotionally far exceeded what I dreamed or hoped would be possible in 12 weeks. I’ve lost 17 pounds (almost half of my goal), I have strong and stable energy levels (even with the disrupted sleep of postpartum life), and I feel a sense of confidence, peace and safety with food and eating that I never felt before.

If you are postpartum and considering if this process is right for you – can you do it, will it be too hard, will it be worth it, etc. I would say go for it! I began working with Lizzy when my daughter was 10 weeks old. The way Lizzy structures the program it is approachable for a postpartum mom and gives you the flexibility to engage at the intensity that feels right to you. Even on the weeks where I chose ease off ( i.e., the week of Christmas) I still made progress. This program does not require perfection, it doesn’t make things complicated or time consuming. For me doing this postpartum was the perfect time – all my routines were blown up anyways so it was an opportunity to rebuild them with new habits that would help me reach my goals. I will also say Lizzy’s recommendations transformed my energy levels at a time when I needed as much energy as I could get. Right when I started working with Lizzy my husband left for a 6 week training exercise overseas. There was one afternoon right before I had started implementing Lizzy’s nutritional recommendations where I was so tired – I started to cry wondering how I was going to navigate the next 6 weeks without my husband. The next day I tried one of Lizzy’s first recommendations (the “protein flip”) and I felt an immediate change – my energy levels stayed stable throughout the day, no afternoon slump! Life-changing for a postpartum mom!

I still have a ways to go on my journey, but with the tools I learned from Lizzy and Yeni I am confident I can reach my goals and maintain my desired weight in a way that feels nourishing and authentic to me.”

“Being able to listen to my body and indulging and not feeling restricted anymore has been a gamechanger.”

“All of your messages are always relevant and helpful. I honestly feel that I have been so angry watching other people eat pizza. The last 5 years I have forced myself to be gluten free and I have been white-knuckling my diet, trying to be so controlling, so black and white, so disciplined, being so highly restrictive with my diet. The gluten “allergy” wasn’t an allergy like you said, but a way for me to use fake control versus the real control we’ve discussed. Because sometimes I want something with gluten and it made me feel like I cant trust myself, I can’t have what I want, I can’t have something with gluten in it and it turned into this big thing where I didn’t trust myself and I held myself to such a high standard, I put so much focus on everything I put in my mouth and honestly it backfired. I never felt fulfilled or enjoyed what I was eating – I didn’t have joy from food because I was eating with my brain and never for my enjoyment. And it’s interesting because all that time I really struggled to lose any weight, and for all the effort and all the restriction and all the things my friends were eating that I felt I “couldn’t” the only thing I got was stress, and more weight gain in return.

I’m bringing this up because since together, I’m now listening to my body, and when I want pizza, just allowing myself to have it makes it so easy to eat a slice, not binge the whole pie. And what’s so interesting is I have been losing fat! And it happened when I started letting go of that rigidity. And it’s so ironic because the more effort you put into something the more reward you assume you’ll get. But it’s not that way with food. The less rigidity I’ve had, the more control I’ve had and the more fat I’ve lost!

The other weekend it was my husband’s birthday so I bought him treats from our local bakery. Normally in the past I would never touch it, literally, not even give myself a bite. But the other day I had to try the treats, they looked so good! And because we’ve lifted so many restrictions, I didn’t feel the need to binge, I just had three incredible bites and honestly I felt so good, I didn’t need more. My husband was like, here, have more and I checked in and asked if I needed more and I really didn’t. What I wanted was a protein smoothie because I knew I wanted to feel good and work out later without feeling heavy.

The less rigid I am with approaching my food choices and the more Im enjoying my food and going with the flow and listening to my body, the more my body is responding and I can fit into my skinnier clothes!! It’s so ironic – I’ve had more bites of dessert in the last month and more carbohydrates and I’ve eaten my first bagel in like 7 years and LOSING WEIGHT. Being able to listen to my body and indulging and not feeling restricted anymore has been a gamechanger. I used to have to eat cashew butter every night before bed because I was starving myself. I just cant believe that this is how it works. I knew when I googled you there was something about you, I had this gut feeling you were going to help me, and I didn’t google anyone else. You’ve hit the nail on the head with so many things. The homework and the exercises you’ve given me have stirred up so much and I appreciate it all so much!”

“Emily’s guidance has been life-changing, and I highly recommend her to anyone navigating similar dietary challenges.”

“I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible support I received from Emily, during my journey with SIBO. Facing the daunting task of a FODMAP challenge to identify my trigger foods and reintroduce safe options into my diet, I felt overwhelmed and uncertain. Emily’s warm, down-to-earth, and understanding nature made all the difference.

She simplified the entire process, guiding me step-by-step, and closely monitored my progress. Thanks to her expertise and compassionate approach, I now feel liberated to enjoy more foods. Emily’s guidance has been life-changing, and I highly recommend her to anyone navigating similar dietary challenges.”

“As a new mom who was still getting used to a new body and new challenges, Lizzy taught me how to give myself grace and to celebrate wins no matter how small.”

“Working with Lizzy was such a blessing. As a new mom who was still getting used to a new body and new challenges, Lizzy taught me how to give myself grace and to celebrate wins no matter how small. Lizzy is so supportive and makes herself available to help through so many avenues. She truly wants to see you succeed.

Thank you for everything!”

“I feel like I have such a better grasp on what works for me (and why), not only specific to this time in my life, but tools I can continue to use going forward.”

“I couldn’t be more pleased about my time working with Emily on my postpartum nutrition. After having my first baby, I was looking for guidance on how to better take care of myself so that I could supply enough breast milk while also working on postpartum weight loss. I went in with a good foundation on healthy eating and lifestyle, having worked with nutritionists in the past, but have really been blown away by the curated and hands on care Emily provides. She genuinely wants you to find foods you love and are excited about, that work for your lifestyle, while also supporting your goals. I feel like I have such a better grasp on what works for me (and why), not only specific to this time in my life, but tools I can continue to use going forward. Emily is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to any question you have (I promise she will have the answer or go search for one!) and creates a partnership where you will undoubtedly succeed.”

“With Lizzy’s guidance, I finally feel like I have all the tools I need to move forward in my journey towards optimal nutritional health.”

“One of the best things about working with Lizzy is that it hardly feels like work. Making the choice to commit to improving my nutritional health felt daunting on my own, but I could see the light at the end of the tunnel after just my first consultation. Lizzy’s kindness, empathy, & genuine interest in my story made me feel immediately at ease. Having her on my side made the journey toward improving my health seem like it was finally possible.

Lizzy seamlessly combines knowledge & expertise with compassion & care to create a comprehensive & individualized experience for each client. She asked specific questions, sparked new ways of thinking, and created realistic short and long term goals that were tailored to my needs. I have spent years entertaining different methods of weight loss & strategies for sticking to healthy routines, none of which truly fit my lifestyle. With Lizzy’s guidance, I finally feel like I have all the tools I need to move forward in my journey towards optimal nutritional health.

Lizzy devotes time to her clients with grace, honesty, and professionalism. Each time we communicated, I truly felt that she was solely focused on my experience as her client and what she could do to help me; a truly meaningful sentiment in a world that sometimes feels like we’re all juggling so much that we can’t always give our full attention where it’s needed. It’s refreshing to meet someone who is not only dedicated to what they do but who is so focused on lifting up others so they can realize their own potential. Lizzy does all of that & more for her clients. I highly recommend learning and growing alongside the wonderful women of Lizzy Swick Nutrition!”

“Emily is so easy to talk to! She paid attention to every little thing I said and offered solutions on the way.”

“I reached out to LSN because I had been frustrated with my weight after having my third baby. I’ve never worked with a dietitian before but I’m so thankful I did. I had 3 boys in 4 years so I felt like it was time that I did something for myself and for the health of my family!

Lizzy matched me to work with Emily. Emily is amazing! She’s a mom of young kiddos as well so I felt like we were going through the same things. Emily is so easy to talk to! She paid attention to every little thing I said and offered solutions on the way. I did lab work, had supplements readjusted, got specific calories/macros set for my needs, received lots of coaching on meal prep, and got so much encouragement!”

“Her genuine kindness and expertise shine through, seamlessly integrating a holistic approach that offers deep nutritional insights and a comprehensive view of overall well-being.”

I recently tried the ‘Taste of Nutrition’ with Lizzy after years of searching for answers to my random, seemingly unrelated symptoms. With Lizzy’s guidance, I uncovered essential nutritional details and discovered aspects of my body I’d long overlooked. Her genuine kindness and expertise shine through, seamlessly integrating a holistic approach that offers deep nutritional insights and a comprehensive view of overall well-being. The ‘Taste of Nutrition’ is a cost-effective and ideal way for anyone looking to gain valuable knowledge about their body and nutrition.

“I was so impressed by the level of detail and attention to my success and it felt so comfortable working with Lizzy!”

I found Lizzy in my third trimester, hoping to put together a plan for postpartum nutrition and recovery and I’m so glad to have had the opportunity to work with her! Lizzy and her team are thoughtful and truly customize approach to each individual person. I was so impressed by the level of detail and attention to my success and it felt so comfortable working with Lizzy! I can’t wait to continue to work with this team postpartum on my weight loss and health journey.

“Investing in my health has not only been less expensive but it gives me such a feeling of accomplishment. Plus I feel so much better!”

In January I was shocked to learn that my cholesterol was very high. My doctor wanted me on a statin drug immediately. She also said I was vitamin D deficient and it appeared that I was becoming insulin resistant. I had also been struggling with my gut health and recently had a partial bowel obstruction and constant diarrhea. I knew I needed to make some big changes and was determined to do so because I did not want to be on medication. Along came Lizzy Swick Nutrition. Lizzy was great from the get go. She set me up with Emily who put me on a plan to better health. We got some additional tests done which confirmed H Pylori as well as a gluten intolerance. Emily put me on supplements, I cut out all gluten and sugar, and I changed my eating habits.

Three months later, my cholesterol levels dropped significantly, my H Pylori is gone and I feel great! My doctor informed me that she was no longer recommending medications but wanted me to continue with my nutrition plan. To top it all off, I lost over 25 pounds.

I wish I could say it was easy. Truth is, it takes a lot of hard work to change your eating and exercise habits. With Emily as my coach, she pushed me to make the changes and I am so thankful. I heard a quote that has stuck with me, “you either invest in your health or pay for disease”. Investing in my health has not only been less expensive but it gives me such a feeling of accomplishment. Plus I feel so much better! Thank you Emily and Lizzy for using your gifts and knowledge to help me get on the right track to good health!

“It was clear she understood what a scary and vulnerable time postpartum can be and she always made me feel comfortable.”

After giving birth, my hormones wreaked havoc on my body! Suddenly everything that had worked in the past (healthy diet and consistent exercise) wasn’t working. Not only was I struggling to lose the weight I had gained during pregnancy, but I was actually gaining weight. Around 12 weeks postpartum, I started working with Emily. She was incredibly warm, kind, and empathetic. It was clear she understood what a scary and vulnerable time postpartum can be and she always made me feel comfortable. She helped identify that I needed to significantly increase my protein and fiber intake, and provided recipes and meal suggestions to accomplish that. Fortunately, the combination of my hormones balancing back out and sticking to the meal plan led to me losing the weight fairly quickly, but steadily enough to be healthy and sustainable. I’m now moving into more of a maintenance plan and will be continuing my work with Emily to help me through that transition. I would definitely recommend Emily!

“She was so encouraging in my journey. I gained true knowledge of a healthy food relationship and gained information that would change mine and my family’s lives. Lizzy will set you up to succeed and customize your food journey to fit and serve you (as food should).”

Lizzy Swick nutrition is a complete life changer!!! I met with Lizzy back in January 2023 at three months postpartum. I’m a breastfeeding mama and really did a lot of research into finding someone who could get me back to my “old self”. Pregnancy is hard. Postpartum is hard. I had gained 50 lbs and was heavier than I’d ever been in my life. My mental health was suffering along with my physical health. I never thought I’d be met with “you’ll lose weight once you’re done breastfeeding”. I kept thinking how am I expected to breastfeed at least a year at the expense of my physical and mental health. I kept thinking why can’t I have it all? Why must I suffer at the expense of breastfeeding? Then I found it! I stumbled upon Lizzy Swick nutrition! I clicked the website and found a mama for mamas! Someone who could help and understand!! I scheduled a consult call with Lizzy and we hit it off. We became so close just in connecting about health and motherhood. It was amazing to find someone who could help me in such a kind and caring way. After my consult went so well and I felt confident in the help Lizzy could offer I started my journey with her. I can’t speak on Lizzy’s other staff because I only worked with her, but I can confidently say if they work with Lizzy they must also be great! I was working with Lizzy for three months and not only lost over 30 lbs but gained a true friend. Someone who would check in on me and ask how my food journey was going, but also ask how the family is. She was so encouraging in my journey. I gained true knowledge of a healthy food relationship and gained information that would change mine and my family’s lives. Lizzy will set you up to succeed and customize your food journey to fit and serve you (as food should). If I could make everyone work with Lizzy I would lol! I can’t say enough nice things and just hope that this review finds another mama and helps. Like I said pregnancy is hard. Fertility is hard. Infertility is hard. Postpartum is hard. You should not have to do them alone and having Lizzy to help you will change your life.

“You ladies have done more for me than you know.”

Thank you Lizzy.

Thank you Ryah.

Thank you both! I can’t say enough about how y’all have helped me.

You ladies have done more for me than you know. See my blog about my experience thus far.

God bless!

“After each session I left with a positive mindset about my meal plan as well as how I approached my day and what to prioritize in terms of types of food to eat.  It was amazing how much these nutrition changes affected my day to day.”

I cannot say enough good things about Lizzy Swick.  I went to Lizzy to get nutrition guidance during pregnancy.  Lizzy was able to come up with a plan for me to address my concerns while also giving so many options on different ways to have a primarily plant-based diet.  She gave suggestions on when adding in meat or dairy in moderation could be good for my diet if I wanted to do that.  I had a lot of questions on pros and cons of certain controversial foods and she always gave great and thorough explanations, which was so helpful for me in making my food choices going forward.

Also she gave great recommendations on to-go options to stay on track during busy weeks – which helped avoid me slipping into bad habits. The other thing that surprised me was how much my timing of eating and drinking throughout the day would affect how my body responded to food and caffeine in particular.  Lizzy also gave great supplement and drink recommendations that I think has helped me throughout pregnancy in terms of preventing headaches and helping me sleep through the night.  After each session I left with a positive mindset about my meal plan as well as how I approached my day and what to prioritize in terms of types of food to eat.  It was amazing how much these nutrition changes affected my day to day.

“It is with the utmost gratitude that I write this five star review of my experience with Lizzy Swick Nutrition.”

After years of yo-yo dieting, rising cholesterol levels, and an overwhelming feeling of confusion around healthy eating, I was ready to push the reset button. And I’m so glad that I did.

After 3 months of working with LSN, I have a new set of tools and feel WAY more confident feeding myself AND my family—which includes two very hungry young boys, one of which has severe food allergies. On top of that, I lowered my cholesterol 20 points!

In addition to a tailor-made program complete with recipes that are not only easy to follow but delicious, the one-on-one counseling was supportive, non-judgmental and helpful. Emily, my specific nutritionist a wealth of knowledge and up to date on all things food and nutrition. She always took the time to answer questions, come up with solutions, and help me learn more about what nutrition looks like for ME—a working mom in her 40s who cooks a lot, loves to eat and who wants to impart that all onto her family in a healthy way. My body type, age, lifestyle and personal goals were all taken into account.

It’s been a life changing experience and I’m eternally grateful.

“Lizzy Swick Nutrition takes the time to dig into the intricacies and uniqueness of your body and your situation to help heal you.”

Let me tell you, choosing to work with Lizzy Swift Nutrition has been one of the most impactful decisions of my life. I was plagued with horrible migraines after giving birth. To say I was desperate for relief was an understatement. I had seen numerous doctors, specialists and put on prescription medications to no avail.

I signed up for the three months nutrition counseling program and worked closely with Emily, who is WONDERFUL! She loves what she does and is so talented and knowledgeable. Emily studied all of me (Lifestyle, eating habits, emotional capabilities, restriction- all of it) and created a detailed plan that catered especially to me. Together we figured out how to prevent and treat my migraines without any prescription medications.

The nutrition counseling was so much more than just treating my migraines. This process has reprogrammed the way I think about food and more importantly, taught me how to use what I eat to my benefit. I was given endless amount of resources and supplies. Emily was extremely thorough in answering all my questions regarding my nutritional health. Questions ranging from how my diet affected my acne, hair thinning, canker sores, nausea, etc.

I’m a former nurse and it’s mind blowing how many medical professionals just want to put you on a bunch of pills. Lizzy Swick Nutrition takes the time to dig into the intricacies and uniqueness of your body and your situation to help heal you. Our body’s our amazing and capable of so much. With Emily’s guidance I was able to become the healthiest version of myself. My family and I are forever thankful!

“Emily created a comprehensive nutrition and lifestyle plan for me that made the first portion of my pregnancy more seamless than I could have imagined.”

I worked with Emily through the first half of my second pregnancy. As I suffer from chronic migraines and IBS, both of which were challenging for me during my first pregnancy, I wanted to receive thoughtful, evidence-based support on how to help mitigate the impacts of these conditions during my pregnancy. From the moment I spoke to Lizzy and began working with Emily, I knew that this team was perfect. Emily created a comprehensive nutrition and lifestyle plan for me that made the first portion of my pregnancy more seamless than I could have imagined. For example, her guidance to increase my protein intake (and tips on how to do this) significantly reduced my nausea and helped me maintain enough energy to run around after my toddler. I think holistic nutrition should be part of any medical care, but it is especially valuable during pregnancy, so I highly recommend this team. Thank you to Emily and team for the amazing care!

“There is still work to be done, but in just a small amount of time, Emily helped me put stuff together to accomplish my goals.”

I found Lizzy Swick Nutrition via a simple google search when I was four months postpartum with my second child. I felt lost in this new body, frustrated that it seemed easier for others to bounce back and overwhelmed by the amount of conflicting information regarding nutrition postpartum. Yes, I wanted to lose weight after the baby, but I really wanted to become more knowledgeable on nutrition and how to take care of my body to create a strong foundation for myself which would also help my children. I felt so heard on my initial call with Lizzy. She paired me with Emily on her team who is also a mom of littles which is extremely helpful. Emily has been amazing! She’s very understanding, relatable, supportive and knowledgeable. I have never felt shame or judgement from her which is something I really struggle with. There is still work to be done, but in just a small amount of time, Emily helped me put stuff together to accomplish my goals.

Thanks so much!

“This was well worth the investment and I’m so glad I did it.”

I’ve really enjoyed working with Emily. She helped me so much figuring out how to live a healthier lifestyle while still being a busy mama. This was well worth the investment and I’m so glad I did it.

“Within months of working with Emily I got pregnant naturally which was a delightful surprise!”

I have had a great experience with Lizzy Swick Nutrition. My nutritionist Emily has been the best! She has been so informative, kind, and creative in the way she has supported me through my fertility and pregnancy journey. I came to her first to get guidance on how nutrition changes might support my fertility after a year of IUI, IVF and surgery. Within months of working with Emily I got pregnant naturally which was a delightful surprise! It was such a dream after our infertility challenges and everything I’ve learned has helped me have a smooth and healthy pregnancy. I was even able to come off some medication while pregnant which was great. I highly recommend working with Emily and with Lizzy’s team. We’re so excited to meet our little baby in just a few more weeks!

Emily was terrific—she’s very empathetic and knowledgeable, and encouraged me in both healthier habits but also extending myself a little bit more grace than comes naturally to me. I really enjoyed my experience with her—if I continued, I would certainly keep working with her.

“Three months later and I’ve achieved many of my goals: I have energy again (and am using it to exercise regularly), my milk supply is consistent, and I lost a few pounds as well.”

Thank you so much again for giving me this opportunity. I truly believe that working with Wendy brought about some major changes in my health both physically and mentally…I so appreciate you (Lizzy) making this a possibility for me in my financial situation. Because of my work with Wendy, I am now:

  • Eating breakfast daily (and having so much more energy because of it)
  • Focusing more on protein and fresh vegetables
  • Exercising 4-5x a week (this is huge – I wasn’t exercising at ALL before starting with her)
  • Drinking less / more mindfully (replacing a nightly glass of wine with tea or ashwagandha)
  • Improving my nutritional intake via daily supplements
  • On a journey towards more intuitive eating and away from dieting. I’m seeing some of the ways I restricted myself in the past as potentially problematic (drastic diets that were all about restriction and deep levels of calorie counting) and how that truly did not work for me. Now I’m working on eating what makes me feel good/healthy and enjoying things that are objectively “less healthy” without deep regret—just trying to be more aware of these cravings and what’s contributing to them.

Working with Wendy and Lizzy Swick Nutrition has been a game changer for me postpartum—both physically and mentally. I started with Wendy at three months postpartum—my energy was low, I wasn’t eating enough to maintain my milk supply, I spent zero minutes out of the day thinking about what I ate (and just ate whatever I could grab in between caring for my newborn), and I definitely wasn’t finding any time to care for my body in any real way. No surprise, all of this left me feeling like a shell of myself. After a long phone call with Wendy where we talked about every aspect of my health (both current and past), Wendy crafted an incredibly holistic nutrition plan for me that even covered factors beyond what I ate (from sleep to exercise and even to body image). Through this plan, our weekly emails, and our monthly phone conversations, I have made some major changes to how I eat, exercise, and—more importantly—view the role of nutrition in my life overall. Three months later and I’ve achieved many of my goals: I have energy again (and am using it to exercise regularly), my milk supply is consistent, and I lost a few pounds as well. I recommend working with Wendy and LSN if you’re looking for a new approach to nutrition—and a highly tailored one at that.

Thank you again!!

“I already feel so cared for and supported and I’m really looking forward to the road ahead not only for myself, but for my family.”

Hi Lizzy,

Just wanted to check in to say that I absolutely LOVED my first call with Wendy! She completely exceeded my expectations and I am so grateful and excited that you paired me with her! If I can’t work directly with you, I know without a doubt that she’s the next best thing and I can see why you would pick someone like her to be an extension of your business and brand. You both are just rock stars in your field!

I’m so thankful to whatever forces led me to you and Wendy because without a doubt I know you both are the “missing link” I’ve been looking for as I start the next chapter of my life.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you, thank you, thank you, I honestly can’t say it enough. I already feel so cared for and supported and I’m really looking forward to the road ahead not only for myself, but for my family.

xo

“Her suggestions were always realistic and targeted at my personality and busy life.”

Hi Lizzy!

It’s been a while since we spoke—I hope you and your family are doing well!

I just need to send a thank you for pairing Ryah with me. As a first time mama, I was nervous about all things pregnancy! Mainly, how to eat to make sure this little peanut stays healthy. Ryah was more than a nutritionist as she taught me how to navigate pregnancy with a combination of nutrition and lifestyle modifications. Her suggestions were always realistic and targeted at my personality and busy life. The biggest thing I learned from her, however, was how to listen to my body and trust its process.

Ryah had a non-judgemental ear as we worked through my yo-yo dieting strategies and counterproductive habits. While the change didn’t happen overnight, I can honestly say I have a much better understanding of my mind and body’s connection to and usage of food.

I can go on and on, but I think you get the idea! Please feel free to use any of this as a testimonial. Baby GIRL 🙂 and I are happy to help someone else reach their goals!

All the best,

“I have made changes that are significant to me with her help. I’m SO GLAD that I found Lizzy’s company in my search for help!”

“I was looking for one-on-one support and guidance with nutrition as I navigated fertility treatments and trying to learn more about diet, inflammation, toxins, and improving egg quality. Ryah (on Lizzy’s team for nearly 15 years) has been absolutely wonderful. She is extremely supportive and answers my many questions so intelligently and patiently, while offering guidance that I can implement right away. I always feel a huge sense of comfort in our phone sessions. I have made changes that are significant to me with her help. I’m SO GLAD that I found Lizzy’s company in my search for help!”

“I can confidently say that Lizzy’s education, her care, her nurturing, her tough love (at times) and the way she has treated me as an individual has completely transformed my life—inside and out.”

“I was 5 months postpartum after my second child when I sought out Lizzy’s help. I had just finished attempting 2 name brand diets and the weight was not moving. During our consultation call, Lizzy explained to me that her plan was to help me understand how to eat for nutrition and that weight loss would not be the goal—though it may be a byproduct. This almost made me not hire her but I really liked her and knew that I needed to shift my focus to longevity instead of quick-fixes.

Fast forward the 3 month period of us working together and the internal progress was more astounding than I could have ever imagined. Subsequently, the external was slowly and gently catching up but my focus had really begun to shift. I would have bet against myself in this scenario.

Fast forward another 4 months which is where I am at today.  I can confidently say that Lizzy’s education, her care, her nurturing, her tough love (at times) and the way she has treated me as an individual has completely transformed my life—inside and out. For the first time in my entire life, I feel more in tune with my mind-body connection and will never go on a formal diet again. All women deserve Lizzy in their lives!!”

“Through her coaching, I began to engage in more effective self care, speak more compassionately to myself and lose weight (and continued breastfeeding for a year, which was my goal).”

“I began working with Lizzy 4 months postpartum. I wanted to lose weight, but was breastfeeding and worried that my efforts would impact my milk supply. Working with Lizzy was like working with a close girlfriend who happens to be extremely smart and knowledgeable about hormones, nutrition, exercise and being a working mom.

The opportunity to check in weekly with Lizzy over email was invaluable to me and I could count on a prompt, thorough and actionable reply that addressed my concerns. Through her coaching, I began to engage in more effective self care, speak more compassionately to myself and lose weight (and continued breastfeeding for a year, which was my goal).

Lizzy did a great job of holding me accountable while never making me feel judged. I always felt understood by Lizzy, which made her a pleasure to work with. I hope I’ll have an opportunity to work with Lizzy again to support me during future pre and postpartum periods, pregnancies and beyond.”

“It was a transformational experience and I am forever grateful for the experience of working with Lizzy. She’s tops!”

“Lizzy is an amazing and highly motivating coach. She was my nutritional coach for over a year and during that time she helped me structure a diet, exercise and nutrition program to  achieve and maintain good healthy habits.  She provides tasty recipes that are both easy to make and nutritious. What she taught me about health, weight loss and nutrition has created lasting benefits. It was a transformational experience and I am forever grateful for the experience of working with Lizzy. She’s tops!”
